Ingredients

  • 1 jar of tomato and marscapone sauce, 1 block of feta cheese, spinach, large pasta shells (conchiglioni), 1 garlic clove, 1 veg stock cube, salt and coarse ground black pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. Boil spinach until wilted, boil pasta for 5 mins in lightly salted water, finely chop garlic, crumble feta cheese and combine finely chopped spinach, feta and garlic to mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper, after draining the pasta stuff with feta and spinach mixture. mix veg stock cube with boiling water and mix with sauce in overnproof casserole dish, add pasta to the sauce and bake in oven covered for 40 mins or until tender. This dish goes great with a side salad and garlic bread. 8 large pasta shells per person is a really good amount.
