Tasty quick cous cous cous cous hot or cold By Guest Contributor December 4, 2009 Quick Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients100g cous cous 180ml boiling water Chicken stock cube ¾ teaspoon curry powder small amount chilli powder Salt and pepper 2 spring onions Red pepper Yellow pepper Cherry tomatoes 50g Sultanas 100g cooked chicken Instructions Step 1: Pour boiling water into plastic bowl over cous cous, add in salt and pepper, chicken stock cube, chilli and curry powder and put cling film over it for 5 minutes, then chop up veggies and add into mixture, eat hot or leave to cool.
