Step 1: 1. Combine flour, pepper, and citrus seasoning in a shallow dish.
Step 2: 2. fill another shallow dish with some milk.
Step 3: 3. Heat skillet (medium), add about 1tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter. let melt until butter bubbles.
Step 4: 4. Take fillets, coat with milk then coat with flour mixture.
Step 5: 5. Transfer fish to skillet and let cook, about 5 minutes per side. (the thinner the fish the less time it’ll take to cook) until brown.
Step 6: 6. Serve over a bed of pasta or rice!
