Step 1:

  • 1. Combine flour, pepper, and citrus seasoning in a shallow dish.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. fill another shallow dish with some milk.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Heat skillet (medium), add about 1tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter. let melt until butter bubbles.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Take fillets, coat with milk then coat with flour mixture.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Transfer fish to skillet and let cook, about 5 minutes per side. (the thinner the fish the less time it’ll take to cook) until brown.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Serve over a bed of pasta or rice!
