Toast with a Pizza twist

Toast with a pizza like topping

Ingredients

• Sliced bread – thick is good
• Sliced tomatoes
• Wafer thin ham
• Grated cheese
• Butter

Instructions

STEP 1:

Toast bread on one side under the grill

STEP 2:

Turn the bread over to the untoasted side

STEP 3:

Better very lightly

STEP 4:

Place slices of tomato on the bread

STEP 5:

Put wafer thin ham on top, either flat of folded

STEP 6:

Finish off with grated cheese

STEP 7:

Toast til cheese is golden brown

STEP 8:

Serve with a big cup of hot tea 🙂
