Cheesy Beanfeast And Potatoes

veggie bolognese sauce, new potatoes and cheese



  • baby new potatoes
  • packet of 'beanfeast'
  • tin of tomatoes
  • cheese
  • butter


1. wash the new potatoes and put them on to boil for about 15mins

2. tip the beanfeast into a saucepan with the tin of tomatoes and a mugfull of boiling water. Give it a good stir and boil gently for 15mins, while the potatoes are cooking

3. drain the potatoes, blob on some butter, spoon on the beanfeast and cover with grated cheese.

This is completely delicious, so filling and good for you!

    Just microwave some beans after you have fried some sausages,then chop up some pinnaple then put them all in a saucepan then add some sauces to your desire.
    Its really tasty:)

    Kate, they have Beanfeast in most supermarkets. Tesco have it and Sainsbury's used to (I would imagine they still do). Asda do their own version of dried vege mince. They are usually found in the aisles with the packet noodles, instant potato etc.

    Where do you get 'beanfeast' and does it have another name? I can't find it in the supermarkets
