Crazy Jane Zucchini

You wont regret it


  • Freshly bought zucchini
  • crazy jane (salt mixture) if you don't have or cant find crazy jane then just put together salt, pepper, and garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons of water (just eyeball it)


Cut up the zucchini however way you want

(i find it to be best in cucumber form but thicker!)

in a small pot add

the water

then add the zucchini

on low heat let the zucchini cook for 15-20min

(or until soft)

when done, drain all the water and add the butter and salt mixture and stir!

if you have left overs you can just put it in the fridge and heat it up and eat the next day, enjoy!
