First, make an omelate add veggies,salt,and pepper.
2 grill the bread piece on a pan to make it crunchy or in a toaster
3 then spread spicy ketchup and bbq sauce on the bread.
4 put the omelate on the bread and put as much cheese on the omelate
5 close the sandwhich and pu it on the pan to make the cheese melt
6 enjoy your healthy and delicious sandwhich
