Ingredients

  • 1. Cumin - 1 tbsp
  • 2. Coriander seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
  • 3. Cardamom - 1 1/2 tsp
  • 4. Black pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
  • 5. Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • 6. Cloves - 1 tsp
  • 7. Nutmeg - 1 tsp

Method

1. Grind cumin, coriander, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in to fine powder.

2. Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.
