Ingredients

  • MOONG DAL
  • BOIL EGGS
  • PANEER 50 GRAMS
  • 1 BOWL SOYA CHUNKS
  • 1 MULTI GRAIN BREAD
  • 1 MULTIGRAIN ROTI

Method

First, soak moong dal and soya in the night. Later in the morning boil eggs.

Cook soaked moong dal and soya with coconut oil or olive oil with 50 grams of panner. You can add multi grain bread or multigrain roti for taste.
