Saute the onion and garlic.
add in the pumpkin pieces.
add the tinned tomatoes.
add about 2tsp curry powder.
add water for sauce.
serve with hot rice.

Don't waste the insides of your pumpkins this halloween - use them!
Warm and filling during winter.
This soup is great for healthy, hearty eating. use whichever pumpkin you prefer
