STEP 1:

bung the pasta in to boil (with a little salt and oil)

STEP 2:

onion

fry the onion garlic and grated courgette. (Use fry-lite as a replacement for oil if you’re calorie counting.)

add salt and peper to taste

STEP 6:

cheddar
garlic
mozzarella
onion
pasta

Once you have drained the pasta, slop it in with onion, garlic and courgette. Mix in the fat free cheese. serve with grated low fat cheddar or mozzarella.
