1. Unroll the pastry and put a thin layer of reggae reggae sauce or tomato puree on the base of the puff pastry. Also pre heat the oven to 220
2. Fold all the edges of the pastry inwards, just for a yummy crust.
3. Slice some tomato on top of the sauce and rip pieces of mozzarella evenly
4. Season with mixed herbs
5. Then pop it into the oven until crispy brown
