STEP 1:

gin

cut the aubergine in half and pit it, put it in the oven for over 10min

STEP 2:

couscous
garlic
gin
tomato

meanwhile, chop the tomatoes, boil the couscous, add garlic, and the insides of aubergines and mix it all together

STEP 3:

gin
goat cheese

stuff the aubergine halfs with the mixture and put some goat cheese on top

STEP 4:

put it in the oven until the cheese slightly melts and voila!
