Cook the vegetables until soft
Add a tbsp of pesto or however much you need to lightly cover the vegetables
Mix the pesto in
Add grated cheese to the top
Put in microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese
Warm the pitta bread in the microwave...
Vegetable cheesey pesto pitta!
