Step 1:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 170°c

  • 2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over a pan of simmering water

  • 3. Once melted, take it off the heat and mix in the sugar and vanilla

  • 6. Bake for half an hour – the top should be crackly and the middle should be sticky
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Take them out and leave them to cool – the middle will harden up a bit
  • Step 8:

  • 8. Cut into sections
