Ingredients

bread crumbs
fish of your choice
3-4 eggs
flour (plain)

Method

First get 3 dishes
place dishes in a row quite close together
in the first dish put in the flour
second dish put the egg in it
last dish put the breadcrumbs in
now pick up the WASHED fish
and put in the flour and completely cover in flour
do the same with the egg and the bread crumbs
then place in a clean dish and put in the oven
oven at 180* degrees
