Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons self-raising flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons nutella
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ******
  • whipped cream topping ( if desired)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a large microwaveable coffee mug.

  2. 2. Whisk well until smooth.

  3. 3. Microwave on high for 1½? 3 minutes. (time depends on microwave; mine took 1½ minutes.)

  4. 4. Add heavy cream to a bowl.

  5. 5. Whip on medium-high speed until almost stiff.

  6. 6. Add sugar and beat until heavy cream forms stiff peaks.

  7. 7. Top with whipped cream.

  8. 8. Enjoy the most delicious cake ever!!
