A group of people (At least 5)
A venue (Someones house)
Start of by collecting £5 of each person in your group. Head down to your local cheap shop (Netto, Lidl etc.). Head round to your venue, get a large mixing bowl. Throw alot into the bowl, Mix well then enjoy. Great for pre night out. Very cheap. Enjoy :)

Rubbish - Keep your fiver, Tesco, cheapest litre of Vodka as you can find, buy, down it in one.nnBish Bash Bosh, your ready.
Or . . . Do 2 bottles of wine for £5 from local bargain beers/booze for wine hands (strapped to your hands so you can't put them down until you finish them) as fast as you can. Messy!
Get a 3 liter bottle of zider for £2.99 from local shop and a 50p bottle of blackcurrent. Sorted.

Campus office... lol... Stupid Americans. Here's a good idea: Each contribute £10 to a cheaper version of your spirit of choice, drink it straight. Easy. Much better than drinking white cider mix, and if you can only afford to throw in £5 before heading for a night out then I suggest not going out at all, as you probably won't have enough money.
We used to do this for about £2 each- the recipe was:
2-4l White Lightning (or similar white cider)
Bottle of vodka
Cherryade
1.5l bottle of Hock
2-4l lemonade
Serves about 5-6 drink hardened students
Tastes a bit like vomit, but the cherryade covers a multitude of sins, and seriously, you're unlikely to get this drunk for a tenner unless you drink meths. A great start to a great night out!
Well i tried i many times last year. and the police had nothing to say. WEll i cant really remember the only thing to look out for is the bouncers in the night clubs after going out lol
