Cheesey Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
- Pasta
- Grated cheese
- Cream cheese
- Mushrooms
Method
1. While the pasta is boiling, fry the mushrooms using butter
2. When the pasta is cooked, mix in some cream cheese and the grated cheese and then add the mushrooms
done :)






If you don't have cream cheese making a white sauce would do
for one its about 2/3rds of a mug of milk
step 1:
take some out (about a shot)
step 2:
microwave/ heat the rest
step 3:
to the leftover (shot) milk add one fork full of cornflour and stir well
step 4:
once the milk is hot add the cornflour and stir well till it starts to thicken, if it doesn't heat it some more and stir again if it still doesn't repeat step 3 with more cold milk then heat again
you can then add cheese to make it a cheese sauce
