Ingredients
- Carrots / parsnips / any root vegetable

Method
1. Slice the vegetable really thinly (use a potato peeler).
2. Lay them on a baking tray and dress with a bit of oil.
3. Put it in the oven and wait for them to crisp (not sure how long haha i don't time it!)

These were adorable, i cooked them with onion, potatoe, carrot, sweetcorn (mushed) and then i added a little bit of cheese. They were so healthy and just like cheese and onion chrisps

Yummy! I did these with apple, carrot, potato, beetroot and mushrooms, the mushrooms and beetroot sucked but the others were gorgeous! I've always cut mine too thick the using a peeler is a great solution! Also bit of salt and pepper on them make a big difference. Great recipe!!
