5 or 6 large carrots
1 small bag of chopped coriander
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
275ml veg stock
oil
salt
Black pepper
French Breah
Cook time 45 mins
Serves 2
1.Peel and chop the carriots in to small bits
2.put some oil in a large pot and add the onions and carrots,cook untill soft.
3.Add the garlic and the veg stock and the coriander
4.Simmer on 4 for 20 mins.
5.When soup is cooked get a hand blender and blend untill the soup starts to thicken.
6.add some slat and black pepper.
7.Serve with french bread.
