Ingredients
- A red onion
- A tin of Red Kidney beans
- A packet of quorn mince
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a teaspoon of chilli powder
- 2 tins of tomatoes
- A teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Fry onion, crushed garlic and quorn mince in a pan
Add chilli powder and cumin
Cook for a few minutes
Add two tins of tomatoes and kidney beans
Cook for half an hour
Add salt and pepper.
