Ingredients

  • A red onion
  • A tin of Red Kidney beans
  • A packet of quorn mince
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 2 tins of tomatoes
  • A teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry onion, crushed garlic and quorn mince in a pan

  2. Add chilli powder and cumin

  3. Cook for a few minutes

  4. Add two tins of tomatoes and kidney beans

  5. Cook for half an hour

  6. Add salt and pepper.
