pasta tubes or spirals
tin tomatoes
tomato puree
small onion chopped
lea and perrins sauce
mushrooms or courgettes sliced
olive oil
cheddar cheese grated
pinch salt pepper and sugar
Boil water for pasta
heat oil in pan, add chopped onion & fry for a couple of mins. Add mushrooms/ courgettes fry a bit longer then add tomatoes &a pinch of sugar salt and pepper plus drop of lea and perrins. Squeeze in 2 teaspoons of puree and stir. Cook gently while pasta cooks. Then add pasta to sauce and stir in. Tip into heat proof dish and sprinkle cheese over.put under grill till cheese bubbles.MMMMM!
