  • Phool gobi 2
  • Matar 1 kg
  • Aloo 1 kg
  • Bengan 2
  • Water 4 glass
  • Rice 3 nap
  • Mong ki daal pona nap

Method

Sab se phele ek pan main oil len us main tomato mash karen phir imli lal mirch salt haldi aloo matar dal kar bhoun len phir us main phool gobi palak gajar bengan ye sab dal kar paka len tab tak pakaen jab tak aloo gal na jaen phir
