Student Recipes Origins
Student Recipes officially launched in 2008 in the hopes of creating a collaborative recipe-sharing platform for students and cooking newbies alike.
In 2018, The Publisher Desk took over the operations of studentrecipes.com. Under The Publisher Desk management, the content expanded with a keen editorial eye and a love for curating quick, trendy, and easy recipes.
Student Recipes today specializes in all kinds of recipes but we pay particular attention to party food, easy dinners, “no bake,” drinks, and desserts. These categories provide the best basics and easy-to-follow recipes that you can share with your friends or whip up in a pinch. Our goal is to provide a wide variety of dishes to try while keeping the execution as simple as possible. Plus, we want our community to share tastes and experiment with something new.
Student Recipes remains funded by The Publisher Desk via ads and where noted in articles by affiliate links. Find out more about The Publisher Desk.
Editorial Process
Every editor and writer at Student Recipes understands the importance of trustworthy content and we pride ourselves on our recipes and blogs. Student Recipes’ content is always original and powered by our experienced writers and editors or contributors just like you.
When writing, we source our facts from reputable outlets including other websites, blogs, magazines, and newspapers that have demonstrated accuracy and responsibility in their work. Our recipe content is always verified and given our delicious stamp of approval before posting. We review this content thoroughly among our editorial staff and take pictures of the final product to share with our readers.
If a post is published and a correction is needed, an editor will fix and update the post accordingly. Additionally, if the post was a collaborative effort between cooks, this will also be noted at the top or bottom of the post.
We want to deliver the best, most accurate content possible. So whether you have feedback or want to point out any editorial errors accidentally made by the team, please contact us here.
