Beans and Mackerel Tomato soup

Ingredients
- beans
- mackerel
- tomato sauce
- onion
- rosemary
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
This is really easy, cheap and healthy!
* Roughly chop the onions and fry with the rosemary for 1-2 minutes.
* Add the kidney beans (drained of the water).
TIP: I prefer adding beans cooked in salty water, so I don’t have to add any salt.
* Throw in the cayenne pepper powder, the Tomato sauce and the content of a tin of mackerel.
* Simmer for 5 minutes.
TIP: if you have it, serve this with chopped fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
