Garlic Fried Rice

Perfect one pan meal when you have leftover rice

Ingredients

  • Rice – according to your consumption
  • 8 cloves of garlic – finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of salted butter

Instructions

  1. Heat pan and melt butter

  2. Toss garlic in a pan until slightly golden brown

  3. Pour your cooked rice in and give it a good mix (leftover rice is preferd)

  4. Season with some salt and pepper

  5. Serve with 2 sunny-side up eggs for a complete meal!
