Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is celebrating its 50th birthday in June with $5 subs, a limited-time Birthday Bundt Cake, giveaways, and rewards for guests.
The biggest deal lands during the brand’s official birthday weekend, June 13 and 14, when Capriotti’s Rewards members can get any 8-inch Small Cold Sub for $5.
According to Capriotti’s, the offer includes cold subs such as The Bobbie, the Italian, Homemade Turkey, American Wagyu Roast Beef, and more.
The company also stated that guests need to be Rewards members to access the $5 Small Cold Sub offer, and restrictions may apply.
I’ll admit, a $5 sub deal feels like the kind of simple fast-food promo people actually understand. No complicated hoops. Just a sandwich deal tied to a milestone.
A birthday month with more than sandwiches
Along with the birthday weekend offer, Capriotti’s is selling a limited-time Birthday Bundt Cake during June at participating locations while supplies last.
The dessert is a mini vanilla confetti bundt cake with cream cheese frosting and sprinkles.
Capriotti’s CEO Ashley Morris framed the anniversary around the people who helped the chain grow.
“Fifty years is an incredible milestone, but what makes this moment truly special is the people who helped build Capriotti’s along the way — our guests, franchisees, team members, and communities,” said Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop.
He continued, “For five decades, we’ve stayed committed to doing things the right way: crafting extraordinary sandwiches with quality ingredients, genuine care, and pride in every detail. That commitment is what continues to make Capriotti’s special today.”
Giveaways are part of the celebration
Fans can also follow Capriotti’s on Facebook and Instagram during June for birthday giveaways and a chance to win limited-edition swag.
There is also another offer running June 1 through June 30, as guests who sign up for Capriotti’s text offers can spin an online prize wheel for a chance to win free food, a Party Tray, or Free Subs for a Year.
Every new text subscriber is guaranteed at least a Free Small Sub at sign-up, though the free sub prize requires a qualifying purchase.
