Crumbl has added a new Confetti Cake Batter Cheesecake to its limited-time lineup, and the dessert is available from now through April 18 at participating locations.
The chain is also rolling out several returning cookies for the same window, with one extra Thursday-only feature to add even more options.
According to Brand Eating, the new cheesecake is built around a cake-batter filling with confetti sprinkles on a golden crust, then finished with whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
Parade reported the drop is tied to Crumbl’s “Cookiechella” theme, which plays off the first Coachella weekend and gives the menu a bright, party-style look.
I’ll admit it, this is the kind of Crumbl lineup that feels made for people who still like old-school dessert-shop fun. There’s nothing subtle here, it’s all bright colors, bright frosting, and a lot of sugar-forward choices. The weekly format also keeps the menu moving, which is part of Crumbl’s whole draw.
This week’s lineup
Including the previously mentioned Confetti Cake Batter Cheesecake, other weekly menu items include:
- Cookies & Cream Milkshake Cookie: Served chilled and packed with Oreo pieces, then topped with vanilla and Oreo buttercream plus a Mini Oreo on top.
- Sugar Cookie featuring Mother’s Circus Animal: This is loaded with rainbow sprinkles and white drops, then topped with the familiar pink-and-white animal cookie.
- Chocolate Cupcake Cookie: Served warm, it includes a classic vanilla sugar cookie with fudge frosting and chocolate sprinkles.
Wilson County Source also reported that S’mores Cookie Thins arrive as the Thursday feature, giving the lineup one more rotating pick before the week ends.
Ordering is simple

Customers can order through the company’s website for delivery or pickup, and the chain also pushes ordering through the Crumbl app. The app includes dessert ratings and exclusive offers, so you might be able to bag a bargain if you sign-up. When online you’ll be able to see which stores offer these weekly items, along with pickup and delivery information.
