If that special person in your life loves desserts or sweet snacks, you might want to visit your local Crumbl this week, as their new Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Brownie is turning heads.
The catch is you’ve only got until February 14 to pick it up, as it’s part of the company’s Valentine’s Week rotation.
According to Crumbl, this brownie is built like a layered dessert, soft and fudgy, with a crunchy kataifi and pistachio filling. Other layers include milk chocolate and fresh strawberry slices, and it’s all topped with a pistachio cream drizzle.
For anyone counting calories, the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Brownie clocks in at 1,020 calories, and the mini version is 340 calories.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock for a few years, you’ve no doubt been swept up in the Dubai chocolate wave that’s rolled through pop culture. Each time it looks to fade, it resurfaces in new forms. Amazingly, this Crumbl sweet is already getting copycat offerings, so expect the Dubai chocolate craze to continue.
The copycat recipe uses boxed brownie mix and strawberries, and finishes with a quick pistachio drizzle for a Crumbl-style look.
What is kataifi?
For those who are wondering, kataifi is a shredded, crunchy pastry texture that continues to pop up in Dubai chocolate-inspired sweets.
Dubai chocolate, in the most basic definition, is a milk chocolate bar with a pistachio-style cream and kadayif in the middle.
Information from Wikipedia shows that the trend was heavily popularized online in 2024, and it’s been copied everywhere since.
What else is in the box
Delish reported back in December 2025 that Crumbl had more Dubai chocolate ideas in the pipeline, including a Strawberry Dubai Brownie concept and a Dubai Chocolate Thins Sandwich cookie. However, the other offerings in this Valentine’s rotation don’t tap into the Dubai chocolate craze:
