Dunkin’ is bringing Barbie to the fast-food menu this summer with a new Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, a limited-time topper that gives iced drinks a bright pink finish and sweet strawberry flavor. 

The new item launched June 3, 2026, as part of Dunkin’s wider summer menu.

According to Dunkin’, the Barbie collaboration is part of a larger seasonal lineup that includes new pink drinks, Golden BBQ breakfast items, a Rocket Pop Classic Donut, the $6 Meal Deal, and limited-time Dunkin’ Rewards offers. 

Dunkin’ goes pink for summer

Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam can be added across a range of iced drinks, including Dunkin’s new pink sips, matcha, Dunkalatte drinks, and iced coffee. Dunkin’ reported that the topper brings both the color and the strawberry flavor into the drink lineup. 

The company is also extending the Barbie theme beyond the drink itself. Starting June 10, Dunkin’ will debut a Barbie DreamHouse-inspired store takeover at a Manhattan Dunkin’ location in New York City, running throughout June. A Barbie Pink Pineapple Cup will also be available starting June 12 at participating Dunkin’ locations, while supplies last.

The summer menu includes several pink drinks, sweet items, savory breakfast options, and a value deal.

  • Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, a limited-time strawberry-flavored cold foam topper
  • Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher, made with Pink Pineapple flavors, oatmilk, and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam
  • Double Strawberry Daydream Refresher, made with Strawberry Dragonfruit flavors, oatmilk, and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam
  • Pink Mango Daydream Refresher, made with Mango Pineapple flavors, oatmilk, and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam
  • Pink Cherry Daydream Refresher, made with Black Cherry flavors, oatmilk, and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam
  • Strawberry Cloud Matcha, made with sweetened matcha, vanilla flavors, and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam
  • Strawberries & Creme Cloud Dunkalatte, made with espresso, coffee milk, vanilla flavors, and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam
  • Almond Strawberry Shortcake Iced Coffee, made with Original Blend iced coffee, French vanilla, toasted almond, and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam
  • Pink Pineapple Refresher, with pineapple, raspberry, and hibiscus flavors
  • Rocket Pop Classic Donut, a yeast shell filled with cherry, lime, and raspberry flavored buttercreme
  • Golden BBQ Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap, with bacon, egg, American cheese, three hash browns, and Golden BBQ sauce
  • Golden BBQ Loaded Hash Browns, with nine hash browns, Golden BBQ sauce, and crumbled bacon
  • $6 Meal Deal, with any two Wake-Up Wrap sandwiches and a medium hot or iced coffee

Dunkin’ states that the Pink Pineapple Refresher can be customized with different bases, including green tea, black tea, lemonade, oatmilk, protein milk, or sparkling water.

Dunkin’ Rewards member offers

Dunkin’ Rewards members are also getting a June offer calendar tied to the summer menu. Some offers require activation in the Dunkin’ app, and participation may vary by location. 

  • June 11: $1 off any Cold Foam beverage purchase
  • June 16 to June 17: 4x points on any beverage purchase
  • June 20 to June 21: 100 bonus points when ordering at the drive-thru or ordering ahead through the app
  • June 23 to June 25: 3x points on Refreshers for National Pink Day, with Boosted Members earning 4x points
  • June 27: 4x points on any beverage purchase for National Pineapple Day
  • Mobile Mondays through June 29: extra points when ordering ahead through the app on Mondays

How to order

Customers can order the summer menu at participating Dunkin’ locations nationwide for a limited time. Rewards members can use eligible offers by ordering ahead in the Dunkin’ app, scanning their Dunkin’ Rewards ID at checkout, or paying with an enrolled Dunkin’ card when the offer terms allow it.
