The pickle-trend keeps rolling, and KFC is upping its test lineup for a limited time March 23 though April 19, 2026. If you love pickles, the menu might be heaven-like, but there’s a catch.
It’s only in the United Kingdom for the time being.
Pre-tested, not pre-mixed
According to Men’s Journal, this is not the first time the Colonel has leaned into pickles. A similar pickle menu hit Canada in August 2025.
Yet there was one big difference, the standout item, mostly through genuine curiosity, the Pickle Pepsi, came pre-mixed. In the UK’s limited-time run, the pickle juice comes in a separate mixer for self-mixing.
This new angle no doubt comes from feedback from their Canadian testing.
Unsurprisingly, Canada’s rollout got real attention. Allrecipes found fans calling that earlier pickle drop “one of the best drops of the year,” while KFC Canada described its Pickle Pepsi as “bold, weird, and unexpectedly delicious.”
Customers were curious, and more importantly, many seemed genuinely into it.

Other standouts on the menu
One of the top items is the Pickle Burger, which layers KFC’s Original Recipe chicken fillet with gherkins, pickle ranch sauce, crispy pickle chips, and pickle seasoning.
The Pickle Loaded Fries go in a different direction, piling fries with dill seasoning, pickle chips, and more pickle ranch.
And who can ignore the Frickles, which Dexerto stated are basically fried pickles, a simple concept, but one that usually lands well with anyone who already likes salty snack food.

Heading to the United States?
We’d love to say that there was a launch plan for their pickle lineup in the United States, but there doesn’t appear to be anything verifiable right now. However, if it continues to do well where it’s tested, it’ll inevitably hit the fast-food giant stateside soon.
That leaves one final thought, would you want to try the Pepsi Pickle combination?
