Popularity of Finishing Sugars
Fans adored the first launch of the limited-edition finishing sugars in 2024, and the company is back with more. Along with a set of Fall-flavored finishing sugars, McCormick is adding some sweetness with two new Winter finishing sugars and two fan favorites.
When interviewed about the craze surrounding the product, Giovanna Di Legge, Vice President of Market, U.S. Consumer at McCormick, commented:

New McCormick Winter Finishing Sugars
The newest additions to the Winter Finishing Sugars collection are Chocolate Hazelnut and Spiced Orange.
The Chocolate Hazelnut would be perfect on brownies, hot chocolate, yule logs, or desserts that need a touch of chocolate nutty flavor.
The Spiced Orange sugar provides warm citrus notes to recipes, and would work great on a pavlova, citrus bar, cheesecake, or cinnamon rolls. Below are the other two flavors already released last year, which were great hits.
- Candy Cane: Enjoy the iconic peppermint taste on hot cocoa, cookies, ice cream, chocolate bark, or as a rim on holiday cocktails.
- English Toffee: A blend of sweet vanilla and buttery toffee is a great addition to any dessert, French toast, oatmeal, or even popcorn.

Of course, there is the Fall Finishing Sugars line to enjoy as well. The line features three new flavors (Apple Cider, Maple Brown Sugar, Pumpkin Spice), and one returning favorite (Salted Caramel).

Maple Brown Sugar can upgrade any coffee, cookie, or cinnamon roll with a blend of brown sugar and a hint of maple syrup.
