When Does the Starbucks Fall Menu 2025 Come Out?
The Starbucks Fall menu is hitting stores on August 26th.
While this may be a later date than last year, which was on August 22nd, there is still a lot to be excited about. The release date has steadily crept earlier in the year than the traditional Fall season, which starts on September 22nd this year.
The company used to release the Fall menu in September, but “Summerween” and other promotional opportunities have pushed the date into late summer.
What’s on the Fall 2025 Menu?
The Pumpkin Spice latte isn’t the only thing to be looking forward to this Fall.
Customers can also enjoy the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. Starbucks has also included another fun drink option in the Pecan Cortado, an espresso blended with equal parts milk and a nut-flavored syrup.
As for food, Starbucks has got you covered for Fall. The new Italian Sausage Egg Bites are a variation of the chain’s breakfast sides. These will be available across the country, and are made using sous vide, giving the eggs a “velvety texture that’s full of flavor.”

Drinks Not On This Year’s Menu
With all these new drink options, there are some Fall menu items that did not return this year.
These include the Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai, the Iced Caramel Apple Cream Latte, and the Iced Honey Apple Almond Milk Flat White.
While some customers may be disappointed, it seems Starbucks cut the drinks as part of a gradual refocusing of its entire menu. This includes taking away lesser-known and higher-lift beverages for easier service.
In-Store Starbucks Fall Options
You don’t have to just get your Fall favorites at Starbucks. The new Pumpkin product line is now available in many prominent grocery store chains. This includes packaged coffee such as Pumpkin Spice, Smoked Butterscotch, and Fall Blend coffee grounds and K-Cup pods.
Starting in August, you can also enjoy ready-to-drink Iced Espresso Pumpkin Spice Latte bottles and single-serve Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drinks.

The Continued Pumpkin Spice Latte Craze
The Pumpkin Spice Latte comes at a critical time at Starbucks, which is pulling all the stops to bring customers back into the shops. After years of growth, the company has stalled, with U.S. same-store sales dropping 2% last year.
The latte has become a “cultural touchstone[s] that spark[s] connection, nostalgia, and excitement.” The drink was first introduced in 2003 after a long brainstorming session to come up with the perfect Fall drink.
However, the team never knew the eventual impact of the Pumpkin Spice Latte, also known as a PSL, which has sold hundreds of millions of the beverages. The addition led to other pumpkin-based drinks at other fast food establishments, such as Dunkin’ and McDonald’s in 2007 and 2013, respectively.
So, hop on the PSL craze and head down to Starbucks to enjoy their full Starbucks Fall Menu 2025, starting on August 26th.
