It’s Valentine’s week, and for daily Starbucks drinkers, their romance-inspired lineup will be adorning menus across the country. Included are two limited-time strawberry drinks, bakery items, and more.
According to Starbucks, the recent update is split between seasonal treats for Valentine’s and longer-term menu changes. So even if you skip the romance-inspired items this week, a couple of the new products are sticking around.
For those in the mood, romance appears berry-flavored at Starbucks this week, with an Iced Double Berry Matcha, which layers matcha with strawberry purée and finishes with raspberry cream cold foam.
The second headliner is a White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew. Starbucks describes it as cold brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with white chocolate strawberry cream cold foam, then finished with chocolate curls.

Other romance-inspired items include the Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino, which is built on a crème base, not coffee. It leans into strawberry purée and cinnamon dolce syrup with whipped cream and a caramel-sugar sprinkle.
As for the bakery offerings, six new items are available:
- Dubai Chocolate Bite
- Cookie Croissant Swirl
- Yuzu Citrus Blossom
- Berry Blondie
- Strawberry Matcha Loaf
- Chocolate Pistachio Loaf
Starbucks says this lineup is globally inspired and will be available from around February 9.
Other changes to check out this February
Outside of the Valentine’s lineup, Starbucks’ popular raspberry syrup is back as a permanent option. As the company put it, “Raspberry is back,” and this time it’s “here to stay,” meaning you can add it to drinks even after the Valentine’s items rotate out.
Another change is a new 1971 dark roast option, with beans sourced from Colombia, Sumatra, and Brazil. Starbucks describes it as toasted sugar and rich walnut notes.

As many of these treats are super indulgent, anyone watching sugar or calories can still potentially enjoy the lineup by following some simple steps:
- Ask for fewer syrup pumps
- Skip extra cold foam and cream
- Split pastries rather than eating a whole item
Valentine’s Day is Saturday, February 14, so if you want the seasonal drinks, this is the week to try them while they’re still everywhere on the boards and in the app.
