Subway is launching its first-ever nationwide value menu, with 15 entrées priced under $5 at participating restaurants starting April 28, 2026. The new Fresh Value Menu includes six-inch subs, Protein Pockets, and a rotating Sub of the Day.

According to Subway, the menu is meant to offer lower-priced lunch and dinner options without moving away from made-to-order sandwiches. Additionally, most items on this fast-food menu have more than 20 grams of protein.

What’s on the Subway Value Menu?

Delish reports that the menu includes four customizable six-inch Deli Faves and Protein Pockets for $3.99 each. The $3.99 Deli Faves are:

  • Spicy Pepperoni
  • Ham & Salami
  • B.L.T.
  • Cold Cut Combo

Fox Business reported that Subway’s Protein Pockets are tortilla wraps with protein, vegetables, and sauces. The Protein Pocket options include:

For anyone watching carbs, sodium, or calories, customization is still the quiet advantage at Subway. You can adjust toppings, sauces, and extras with ease.

  • Monday: Meatball Marinara
  • Tuesday: Classic Tuna
  • Wednesday: Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki

How to order

Customers can order from the Fresh Value Menu through the Subway app, on Subway.com, or in stores by looking for the yellow value section on the menu board.

Subway says the offer is available at participating restaurants, with prices higher in California, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. Delivery, taxes, add-ons, and third-party app fees may also raise the final price.
