Taco Bell is putting chicken at the forefront of this week’s new fast-food offerings. Two new options are available from March 19, including a limited-time Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider and a permanent addition, the Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla.

In early March 2026, Taco Bell’s Live Más event at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles showcased more than 20 menu innovations for 2026. A lot of the spotlight fell on premium chicken, snack items, and desserts.

The new chicken items

One of those items was the limited-time Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider. This new menu item includes:

  • Tortilla chip-coated crispy chicken nuggets
  • A three-cheese blend and pico de gallo
  • Plus a choice of Creamy Chipotle or Jalapeño Honey Mustard sauce
  • The flour tortilla gets pressed and grilled too.

According to Nation’s Restaurant News, this delicious-sounding slider comes in at a budget-friendly $2.49 a la carte. However, pricing can vary by store.

For anyone counting, a Creamy Chipotle Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider comes in at 320 calories and can be picked up solo or as part of a $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box. This includes a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco, chips and nacho cheese sauce, and a medium fountain drink.

The other item being rolled out, but on a permanent basis, is the Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla. This includes:

  • Layers of slow-roasted Cantina chicken
  • A three-cheese blend and creamy chipotle sauce
  • It comes grilled and served with reduced-fat sour cream for dipping and Avocado Verde Salsa for drizzling.

The new rolled quesadilla packs double the chicken compared with the original Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, and it’ll cost $6.69, again depending on location.

The Rolled Quesadilla is 650 calories, and Restaurant Dive found the chain is framing it as a stronger protein-per-dollar order because of that extra chicken.

Orders can be placed through the Taco Bell app, online for pickup, or at participating locations.
