The sauce also rejoins the chain’s other dipping options, including Wendy’s Signature, Sweet Chili, Scorchin’ Hot, Creamy Ranch, Honey BBQ, and Honey Mustard.

The company says it features cookie dough pieces and brownie batter sauce mixed into a Frosty base. This item joins the core menu, while several other new items are for a limited time only.
Other new items include Watermelon Lemonade, Watermelon Sparkling Energy, Sprite Watermelon, the Jalapeño Ranch Cheeseburger, Jalapeño Bacon Breakfast Potatoes, and Jalapeño Breakfast Biscuits. The full spring rollout started in restaurants nationwide on April 27, the same day the Sweet and Sour sauce returned.
As Wendy’s put it, the sauce is only back for a limited time, and fans who want it to stay are being told to order it and show support. That part feels very 2026. Even dipping sauce has to perform now.
