Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • Half of a lemon zested
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, salt, and lemon zet in a pot

  2. Place the pot on your stove and add in the butter

  3. Place on low heat until the butter melts

  4. Add in the lemon juice and egg yolks

  5. Stir for about 10 minutes until all is combined and thickened

  6. Remove from heat and let cool
