2 Ingredients Ice Cream Base

Customize your own by adding your favorite fruits puree!

Ingredients

• 250 grams whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons of condensed milk

Instructions

STEP 1:

Whisk/beat the whipping cream until soft peaks.

STEP 2:

STEP 3:

Add condensed milk according and give it a good mix using a spatula.

STEP 4:

Add a few drops of vanilla essence or pureed fresh fruits according to your liking! ** I love to add some diced fruits into my ice cream batter to give more of that mmm!

STEP 5:

*** I would recommend starting by adding the condensed milk 1 tbsp at a time to be able to adjust sweetness according to your fruits choice and your tastebuds

STEP 6:

Pour batter into a container and freeze overnight!
