Name: 3 ingredient corn salad
Ingredients: - 1 tin whole kernel corn; - 1 large apple or 2 small to medium ones; - +/- 3 tbsp mayo; (you can add more or less, depending on taste, but don't put in too much, otherwise too mayo-ee)

1. Drain the water from the corn.

2. Place drained corn in mixing bowl.

3. Peel, core and dice apple into 1cm cubes and add to corn

AS SIMPLE AS THAT!! I always get compliments on this salad – it tastes very ‘fancy’.

For nicer presentation, spoon into a clean salad bowl – but hey! We’re students, the less dishes the better!!!
