Ingredients

  • Loads of cheese! (any type)
  • bread slices
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chilli flakes
  • leftover cooked rice(optional)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Take some water in a plate.

  2. 2. Dip the bread slice in it, press it to remove excess water and put it in a bowl

  3. 3. Repeat with a few more slices.

  4. 4. Now add the other ingredients except oil.

  5. 5. Knead the mixture and make balls out of it.

  6. 6. Deep fry the balls and serve them with a dip or ketchup.
