4 Ingredient Apricot Chicken Really easy, pretty delicious By Guest Contributor August 10, 2011 Chicken Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients500g of chicken (thighs, breast, drumsticks, tenderloins – whatever you have!)2 x 40g packets of french onion soup mix1 x 825g tin of apricot halves in syrup (you can use nectar instead, but i personally like the pieces of apricot in the sauce – gives it some texture and makes the sauce nice and thick!)Some flour to coat the chickenVegetables of your choice can also be added to the sauce, but I like to serve it with vegetables on the sideInstructions Step 1: 1. Coat the chicken pieces in flour and place in a greased baking dish Step 2: 2. Combine the soup mix and the apricots (with the syrup) in a bowl, and pour over the chicken Step 3: 3.
