Ingredients

  • 1 packet wholegrain pasta
  • 1 can of tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion – diced
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 handful of mushroom’s
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 sprinkle of dried oregano if you have it

Instructions

  1. 1 -preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. 2 – empty out the uncooked packet of wholegrain pasta into your baking dish

  3. 3- slosh the chopped tomatoes over it and mix the two together

  4. 4- chop all your veggies, and throw them in aswell, mixing them through with the dried oregano

  5. 5- place in top shelf of oven for 40-45 minutes.
