Ingredients
- 1 packet wholegrain pasta
- 1 can of tinned chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion – diced
- 1 courgette
- 1 handful of mushroom’s
- 1 aubergine
- 1 sprinkle of dried oregano if you have it
Instructions
1 -preheat oven to 180 degrees
2 – empty out the uncooked packet of wholegrain pasta into your baking dish
3- slosh the chopped tomatoes over it and mix the two together
4- chop all your veggies, and throw them in aswell, mixing them through with the dried oregano
5- place in top shelf of oven for 40-45 minutes.
