5 Minute 1 Pan Chickpea Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpea’s
  • 1 can of chopped tomatos
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 microwave rice packet
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. 1- fry the onion in frying pan until soft

  2. 2- empty the chickpea’s (drained) and chopped tomato into frying pan

  3. 3- sprinkle and stir in the curry powder

  4. 4- simmer for 5 minutes

  5. 5- put microwave rice into microwave

  6. 6- tuck in ! 😉
