Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpea’s
- 1 can of chopped tomatos
- 1 diced onion
- 1 microwave rice packet
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
Instructions
1- fry the onion in frying pan until soft
2- empty the chickpea’s (drained) and chopped tomato into frying pan
3- sprinkle and stir in the curry powder
4- simmer for 5 minutes
5- put microwave rice into microwave
6- tuck in ! 😉
