Name: 5 Minute Jacket Potato Fan
Ingredients: 1 large potato; olive oil; salt and pepper; paprika; mixed herbs; butter (optional); chilli flakes (optional); squirt of lemon juice (optional); tomato puree (toothpaste tube type - optional)

Instructions

Step 1:

1) wash the potato, leave skin on

Step 2:

2) use a knife to make cuts into the potatoes nearly all the way down, but not to the bottom, still want a whole potato (not potato discs!)

Step 3:

3) place in microwave on potato setting for 3-4 minutes

Step 4:

4) take out hot potato

Step 5:

5) open up the potato slightly so it fans out

Step 6:

6) sprinkle all dried ingredients

Step 7:

7) drizzle olive oil, smear butter, tomato puree and lemon juice

Step 8:

8) stick back into microwave for 30 seconds

Step 9:

9) done – enjoy with a chilled can of coke!
