Ingredients
- 1. soya sauce
- 2. few coriander leaves
- 3. chives (dried or fresh)
- 4. half a lemon
- 5. half a pack of tofu
Instructions
1. add some soya sauce, squeeze half a lemon, and then add coriander leaves and chives. mix everything well in a microwaveable dish.
2. cut the tofu in cubes and place in the dish.
3. pour all the excess sauce on top of the tofu.
4. put in the micro for 5-7 minutes and then eat!!!!
