Ingredients

  • 1. soya sauce
  • 2. few coriander leaves
  • 3. chives (dried or fresh)
  • 4. half a lemon
  • 5. half a pack of tofu

Instructions

  1. 1. add some soya sauce, squeeze half a lemon, and then add coriander leaves and chives. mix everything well in a microwaveable dish.

  2. 2. cut the tofu in cubes and place in the dish.

  3. 3. pour all the excess sauce on top of the tofu.

  4. 4. put in the micro for 5-7 minutes and then eat!!!!
