5 minute NO-OIL tofu!
Very healthy and no fat!!!
1. add some soya sauce, squeeze half a lemon, and then add coriander leaves and chives. mix everything well in a microwaveable dish.
2. cut the tofu in cubes and place in the dish.
3. pour all the excess sauce on top of the tofu.
4. put in the micro for 5-7 minutes and then eat!!!!
