Really quick and cheap pizza, healthy too!

Ingredients

  • 2 pitta bread (wholemeal)
  • 4 tbsp pasta sauce
  • 4 tbsp grated cheese
  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • a couple of cherry tomatoes cut in half (optional)
  • a handful of sweetcorn

Instructions

  1. Put pasta sauce on both pittas

  2. sprinkle with cheese

  3. drizzle with oil

  4. pop in oven for 10 mins on gas mark 6 or until cheese slightly golden

  5. if posh, put some torn basil and black pepper

  6. enjoy!
