A Berry Oaty Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup low fat milk
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey (to taste)
- this will make roughly 16oz.
Instructions
1. Soak the rolled oats in hot water for a couple of minutes. This will allow for the oats to be digested more easily.
2. Add everything into the blender – dry ingredients first (or wet ingredients first if using an drink bottle blender)
3. Drink up and enjoy!
